Windy Massabni manages Technical Assistance projects under different mandates at the Common Fund for Commodities (CFC) and leads the ACT Fund Technical Assistance Facility. She brings over 12 years of experience across development finance, economic development, policy advisory, and enterprise development, with a focus on climate resilience, gender equality and social inclusion. Throughout her career, Windy has worked across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, designing and managing programmes that support financial institutions, MSMEs, producer organisations, and policymakers. Her experience spans climate risk insurance, resilient agricultural value chains, circular economy approaches, and impact-oriented private sector development. Windy holds master’s Development Studies with a major in Economics for Development from the International Institute of Social Studies, Erasmus University Rotterdam from Erasmus University Rotterdam and is fluent in English, French, and Arabic, with a good command of Dutch and intermediate knowledge of German and Spanish.
